The XCEPT community is gearing up for an exciting development as the Alpha testing phase commences on the 22nd of December. This phase is crucial in determining the efficiency, usability, and reliability of the new functionalities. Here’s what our partners and testers can look forward to testing in this upcoming Alpha.
Wallet Management Features
A core aspect of the testing involves wallet management, an essential tool for cryptocurrency traders. Testers will have the opportunity to explore the following functionalities:
- Import Wallet: Users can import existing wallets, ensuring ease of transition and accessibility.
- Generate Wallet: This feature allows for the creation of new wallets, catering to new users or those looking for additional security.
- Transfer ETH: A fundamental feature enabling the transfer of Ethereum, a key cryptocurrency in the market.
- View ETH Balance: Users can easily check their Ethereum balance, a necessary tool for effective asset management.
- Token Balances with their Contract Address (CA): A detailed view of token balances, along with their respective contract addresses, will be available.
MEV Features
The MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) features to be tested are:
- Approve Token: This feature allows users to approve tokens for use with MevCeption
- Revoke Token: A security feature enabling users to revoke token approvals.
- View Approved Tokens: Users can view a list of their approved tokens, enhancing the management and oversight of their assets.
TradeCeption Features
TradeCeption is set to offer a suite of features that will enhance trading experiences:
- Buy/Sell Tokens: A straightforward interface for buying and selling a variety of tokens.
- View Holders: This feature provides the number of holders of the token to be purchased.
- CA Checker: A tool to verify the token is safe to buy and is not a honeypot. We will be using https://honeypot.is/ethereum for this
- View LP Address: Users can view Liquidity Provider addresses for purchased tokens or tokens they plan to purchase
- View Liquidity: This gives an insight into the liquidity available for a specific token.
- View Taxes: An essential tool for understanding the buy and sell taxes associated with a token
- Links to Dextools & Dexscreener: Direct links to the tokens on Dextools and Dexscreener.
The Alpha testing phase is not just a significant step towards refining these features but also a pivotal moment for the partners and the broader community to engage with these innovations. The feedback and insights gained during this phase will be invaluable in shaping the final versions of “MevCeption” and “TradeCeption.”
Stay tuned for more updates as the testing phase progresses and these exciting new features move closer to becoming a reality.
